W1 Developments

W1 Developments Ltd, alongside JV partners, are leading the development of Principal Tower, Foster + Partners' first ever residential skyscraper in Shoreditch, London. 

Since creating the identity for W1 Developments in 2013, we've had the privilege of delivering corporate advertising, digital assets, stationery, brochures, film, photography and other internal communications.

A new fully responsive website was launched in March 2016, and serves as a 'living' celebration of W1's brand ethos - 'design excellence is the cornerstone of every project'.
